Cook4Life Workshop

We enjoyed a wonderful Cook4Life session with professional chef Martin Buckley. He demonstrated how to cook some healthy food on a budget. Pizza whirls, cous cous, cornflake chicken breasts and sweet potato wedges were prepared and cooked and parents had the chance to taste. There was lots of interest in having further sessions so we are going to book some more very soon! Next time the children will be able to join you for the session in the hope it may encourage and inspire them to try some new foods.
