World Book Day Assembly

On Friday we celebrated World Book Day with a whole school assembly and we must say that all of the children that dressed up looked absolutely amazing. The hall was a sea of different colours.

During the assembly we heard about all of the exciting things that had been happening during book week and unveiled our lucky winners that won a book of their choice from the travelling book fair. We were blown away by the effort put into their costumes by some of the children (and their parents) and the teachers had a very difficult job selecting the winners. It was also great to see all of the staff getting involved with some fantastic costumer designs of their own.
